This year's Summer Symposium will focus on Roman Colchester. In the morning, there will be an introduction to Colchester Castle Museum and its collections, followed by a Q&A with one of the curators. In the afternoon, there will be talks on the Roman circus at Colchester, Roman circus games, and images of sport on Romano-British mosaics.
The symposium will be held online, and there is no need to book. A Zoom link and joining instructions will be emailed to members who are on ASPROM's email list a few days before the event.
